The burger was prepared perfectly, Lettuce was crisp , topping were put together carefully.
The burger looked like is does in the photo, amazing.
Staff were friendly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was into the store this evening for dinner got the monza burger with onion rings and this was the onion ring , very disappointing considering we paid almost 30 dollars for 2 meals , won't be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to A&W in Exeter tonight for dinner. Did not listen to our order and it was wrong. Asked for diet coke got root beer instead. Asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes. Also when my wife was eating her onion rings she found a 6 - 8 inch blonde hair and another 6 - 8 inch blonde hair in her burger (my wife has red hair). Would have gone back and taken the food back but we were in the drive thru at about 10:30pm and were home by 10:50pm and they close at 11:00pm. Will definitely be calling the store to complain to the manager tomorrow. Been to this A&W many times and never have we had this problem with our order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burgers were cold, too bad cause they were tasty, were told had to wait 12 mins for a burger (1 would be ready but second one we had to wait??-dont recall which burger it was) had to order another one???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food. Mama burger combo with added cheese, frosty root beer in their signature stein. Great friendly service. Coffee is excellent too. A bit pricey.
