★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sweet fries were cold and not appetizing, burger was cold and the lettuce was fresh but overwhelmingly huge in the bun. It was take out and they handed me a bottle of Root Beer with the cap still on it...no bottle opener. Great Service ☹

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with another trucker poster, what a joke of a fast food restaurant. Closed for dine in?. No respect at all for truckers running these mountain hwys in the winter. Can’t even get food. We obviously can’t bring our rigs into the drive-thru. Terrible A&W restaurant.

Staff appeared to be having a grouchy day.
Food was served hot and quickly but it was obvious that courtesy was in short supply. Nobody was smiling at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always stop here on our roadtrips to the coast and food is always good, i have no complaints with that. the service on the other hand? there was 5 workers packaging orders and one person at drive thru. i stood at the order line for about 7 minutes and no one came to take my order. yes it was pretty busy but i also have experience working in a kitchen that is 10x busier. this is fastfood, you dont need 5 people on the same thing with no one at till.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here for lunch on our way through town, and the food was decent; however, their pop machine was broken, so they were giving out glass bottles of A&W root beer instead. Which normally would be a great substitute, except they were serving them warm and opened them so they went to waste. Warm Rootbeer we found out is one of the worst drinks ever. I'm not sure why they couldn't put them into the fridge because all restaurants have large fridges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fries had no salt or seasoning on them, tasted like mashed potatoes, there was no napkins in the bag, because i guess there to expensive and a warm root beer in a bottle which was not a twist off. Very sad service. Train your workers better. I am never stoping at this restaurant again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closed for dine in orders that’s fine. But their friends are allowed in kitchen to get stuff or coffee great way to follow guidelines. Quite a stupid place. Truck drivers have to walk through cars to order food. Please avoid.
