★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I miss the old Tom Hortons that had tasty fresh food. And they now tend to run out of things - no more Roll Up the rims (contest still in), no loyalty cards (just kicked off new program), etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what one has to do to get service for dine in, left after all 5 employees looked as us and after almost 5 mins of waiting,. Drive thru are the only customers being served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible that drive thru staff yell at there customers at 630 in the morning and the manager thinks that okay customer service. They should take more training on mobile orders as well how to deal with customers ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is wonderful. The staffs are always in a good mood and they are happy to serve us every time. I would say this is a real Tim’s. The environment is always friendly. The quantity and the quality of the food is great. And the coffee is fresh always. Highly recommended!!!
