He answered all my questions, and helped me to understand the technology and decision making process that best suited my needs for home surveillance (NO PRESSURE). Also the quality of the components are top-notch and offers a price range for everyone's budget. The installation was done quickly and he helped me to save a lot of money on troubleshooting the damage I had to my old system caused by squirrels.

He only recommended the number of cameras that were necessary even though we thought we needed more. The guys did a great job the day of the installation and Tony set us up so we can access our cameras from our iPhones. The follow up service from Tony has been excellent. He's been available any time we had any questions. We would highly recommend Tony and A.S Security.

Rob's confidence, professionalism, and friendly personality appealed to us immediately because we did not see this level of customer care with other security system companies that we had contacted. Rob was also able to connect us with an alarm installer and monitoring company that also turned out to be another customer-focused and professional service provider. Tony's thorough knowledge of the up-to-date, high tech equipment that they offer to their customers was reassuring and we were confident that we had made the correct decision. Tony and his assistant installer, Tyson, were professional and had no difficulty working around the busy shop environment while they did their installations. They worked safely in this context and cleaned up any mess that they made during the installation. They remained at the shop after the installation was complete to ensure that all of our questions were answered and we had a complete understanding of the app for the system. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A short while after having a home surveillance system installed, video and remote issues surfaced. While making several attempts for service, I discovered that the company was out of business.
I contacted A. S. Security and Tony promptly visited my home, assessed the issues and suggested an affordable solution while at the same time maximizing the current system.
I didn’t realize it until later that A. S. Security’s specialization was commercial, not residential. So not only did Tony step out from his preferred customer base, save my tiny home system but continues to service it to this day, four years plus after the fact.
