He was kind enough to clearly educate me every step of the way from the problem to the resolution. Work was done very quickly and I would definitely recommend this company.

He conducted himself professionally and was friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were completed and that the other outlets in the kitchen were in good order.
