★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t ever have the misfortune of dealing with Aplus property management. From the first moment I met the office manager I was treated with very little respect; as though I was delinquent tenant before I even signed the lease agreement. I encountered a problem with parking the first week, and after 4 angry neighbours ordered me to move my vehicle A Plus refused to intervene. I was sent an eviction notice for late rent payment. It was discovered A Plus management had misplaced the automated payment. An apology was NOT offered. When I had to move suddenly due to family emergency A Plus screwed me out of two months rent. I had found a new tenant but A Plus management refused to entertain an application. Instead the apartment was given to a new tenant who seemed to receive preferential treatment. A-Plus should really be F-Minus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know if im the only one feeling this but when I phone the last 2 times I felt an impatience(sigh) from the agent? so this time it was different I felt respected and listened to.Her name is Kim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate them a "0"star I would. Evasive of client concerns . Staff does not answer phone calls or return messages after several attempts. I recommend dealing with the landlord directly as opposed to dealing with APlus staff if you want anything resolved. I have been waiting over 1.5 months for a resolution of me OVER paying rent as a former tenant and no one has gotten back to me after MANY voice-mails. Hope others have better luck or hope APlus gets better employees ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They got me a good place years ago when I was like 18 (it was on st felix ) but nice enough.. only thing was I moved out a month early and never got my last months rent payment back... (apparently they couldn't rent it in that time) oh well. Not a bad company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to call every day to get a showing or any kind of acknowledgement. They don't attend showings. They don't answer emails. They don't answer the phone. They don't get the keys to their properties. They don't maintain their properties. They don't respond to service requests. They don't respond to emergency service requests. They literally don't do anything except accept money from landlords and tenants and pass it around.
