k	kathy krath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see Terri for hypnosis to quit smoking , at first i thought it wasn't working but Terri refused to quit on me, so she suggested we do some clearing on what was stopping the process for me to quit ! i did quit smoking and am still a non smoker yeah! i feel Terri did so much more for me than just to quit smoking ! you never know what happens when you go deep inside lol Terri is amazing at what she does, i would highly recommend her !

We’ve dealt with my nail biting which I’ve been doing since I was 6 years old (I’m 23 now) and ever since I was 3 I’ve had the tendency to pull out my hair and have been terrified of the dark. Since I was a little girl I went through a great amount of trauma and became just so angry in my life. I almost forgot what life was like to be happy. I have a little boy and an amazing partner with amazing in-laws and Terri has helped me see what life really has to offer. All of my bad habits that we addressed and my feelings have all been tremendously better and I can’t thank her enough for helping me. I 100% recommend her to anyone from small things like nail biting to big life changing things like constantly being angry and hating the world. No matter the problem i have faith she will be able to help and that is why I give her 5 stars. She is such a welcoming non judgmental person who just makes you feel like you can conquer anything ! Thank you so much Terri for helping me through everything I really can’t thank you enough ?

She helped me through issues I’ve been working on for 25 years+ in just over a month, she has that calm demeanour that is easy to trust and it makes you comfortable immediately. If you are wondering if you should give it a try I cannot recommend Terri Wishart enough!!

Our visits were wonderful, she made sure I felt safe and comfortable, and her technique was incredibly efficient and effective. I always left feeling like progress was made and growth achieved. And since my time with her I have not only become a non smoker, I have realized my ability to take back control of some of my other unhealthy habits. I no longer drink coffee, I no longer smoke marijuana to sleep, I no longer bite my nails (something I have done since a small child, I am 39, and I have never been able to stop), I no longer need to take medication to help me cope with my ADHD, and my stress and anxiety levels have never been better managed. I never imagined that my treatments with Terri would result in such a profound change in my life in such a short period of time. I am forever grateful for the experience and will/have absolutely recommended Terri’s services to others and will also return for further work should the need arise.
