She explained the entire process from start to finish to me clearly, she was kind and very calm. I would highly recommend Tara to anyone! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a clinical hypnotherapist Tara is amazing at what she does and I highly recommend her business. I first reached out to Tara because of my fear of heights. I would have panic attacks while on drives with my family that would for sure ruin our travels and fun. I booked my first appointment and was pleased with the experience. Best of all I can now go for drives and have fun with my family without the fear. I was so impressed with Tara that I booked a second appointment for my past life regression. I learned a lot about myself that day as Tara guided me through the process. I would for sure be booking another appointment and highly recommend that you book your session as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my first session with Tara and I’m so full of energy and not the over caffeinated energy I’m use too. The session was great. Tara has comforting voice that soothes into deep relaxation. The first thing I noticed after “waking” up was a smile on my face and tears streaming down my face. It was a deeply cleansing experience. After our session instead of dragging my tired body to bed I was so full of positivity and energy I tidied up my whole house. I usually reach for a sugary treat before bed but found I had no desire. Thank you Tara, I can’t wait for our next session.
