At A Healing Journey Counselling I provide one-on-one therapy to support those dealing with traumatic life experiences.

I am a registered social worker with a Master of Indigenous Social Work from the First Nations University of Canada.
I provide one-on-one counselling to youth and adults struggling with trauma including addiction, domestic violence, childhood neglect, relationship conflicts, anger management, anxiety, depression, grief, stress and difficulty coping, sexual assault, sexual abuse and thoughts of suicide.
I specialize in services to Indigenous communities. In my counselling I am sensitive to the impacts that colonialism and residential schools has had on Indigenous people and my approach is informed by this history.
In addition to providing counselling services at A Healing Journey, I also work as a Mental Health Therapist with Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation where I perform crisis intervention, one-on-one counselling and community education.
