Tim is also an active member of InterNACHI in which he has successfully completed all of the required certification courses. They turned every rock over and I felt did an extraordinary job, going into the details, taking the time to talk and explain things to me, and getting me a very detailed report the same day as our home inspection (only a couple hours later).
All this for an incredibly reasonable price which came in way less then I thought it would be. I will definitely be using Buyers Choice anytime I will be needing an inspection moving forward!
