★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't pick up the phone, don't return messages and don't respond to emails. We've had multiple shipments held up at the border because of their unresponsiveness. Nightmare to deal with. Their associated company Border Buddy is even worse. Do yourself a favour and stay away.
