★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here so far for two weeks. Great location, right across from McGill. But I still don't have an apartment building key, so I have to wait for someone else to let me in every time I come home. They say that it takes no more than 24 hours to get a key, but obviously that's not the case as I have called and emailed several times and they are dragging their feet so bad. Also the other day I got home and the key didn't work in the door handle. No one picked up the phone so I sat outside for four hours. Definitely not helpful at all customer service.
