C	Christine Gold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my go to for coffee. Not anymore! The last 3 times the coffee selection is nil, 2 out of 6 carafes. Or coffee is cold! No condiments, syrup pumps are clogged & clearly never cleaned. A cream dispenser would be environmentally friendly & easier to use. I have spoken to the manager & head office and they don't care at all. The 7-11 on Wayne Gretzky drive across from the Coliseum is great, new equipment, cream & sugar dispenser. Coffee is always hot & 4-6 different coffees

This one is the closest to my house but I have had multiple experiences of people loitering at the entrance asking me for change, food, etc. Usually I do not mind but tonight there was a very intimidating man with a cap, and a bandana and when he went inside he seemed to cover his face from cameras... I left and came back and he was still there. On my way in he followed me, asking if I could give him smokes. When I asked the cashier if they could ask the gentlemen to leave the cashier replied "No we can't say anything, we can't cause a confrontation". So basically any person can camp out at the entrance as they please...

P	Philippe Pinard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work the night shift, so I come in here regularly for my meal and coffee since Tim Hortons and Starbucks are closed. The other night, I came into the store in which it was just the clerk and I. The clerk was blasting loud music which I presumed to come from his phone. It was a bit of a nuisance but I just ignored it. After grabbing a sandwich, I headed to the coffee machine, but my favourite flavour was unavailable. I asked the clerk if they were out of it, so he got into my space, threw my cup which I already placed and got another. He mumbled something which I could not hear due to the loud music he was playing. When I prompted "Sorry, what did you say?" he started yelling at me but I still could not hear him as he walked away and the music was still loud. I spoke up saying "I cannot hear you over the music" in which he just yelled back at me instead of pausing/lowering the volume. After minutes of him not being able to get the coffee machine to work, I gave up and grabbed an energy drink from the fridge. He seem a bit disgruntled, but at least he knew how to use the cash register efficiently. I get that he may be bored at work with no one else in the building, but I found this unprofessional. At least the sandwich I bought tasted good.

If you’ve been around for a while you know what this place is. It’s a convenience store that is somewhat expensive but a good selection of snacks and drinks. This location also has a Petro Canada gas station also. It’s got easy access.

It’s nice to have a place in the neighborhood you feel comfortable going too. The kids ride their bikes over for a treat in the summer. I collect points and it’s so wonderful. Its a great rewards system. And now they got delivery!!! Even better. I’ve never had anything issues. Nee gas pumps and paved parking lot. Thanks for all your services. Keep up the incredible job.
