★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is never in any hurry. I ordered hot wings and told the staff I'd be back in a few minutes. I came back in 6 minutes. She was only starting to put the wings into the oven. The lack of urgency in serving the customer is very concerning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop here all the time. Tonight on the way to the hospital to pick up my husband I stopped to grab a vitamin water and gas. They had a promo for a free car wash if they don't ask you if you want one with the purchase of gass in store. The woman at the till preeti was her name did not ask me so after I finished the transaction I said ( I'm sorry to do this to you but you didn't ask me about the car wash) she rudely responded yes I did I ask everyone I never forget. She then made up two separate stories about when she asked me and I apparently responded no I did not. But this 100% never happend. How can a store have a promotion like this if the people at the till don't honor it and are not honest.. I will say every other time i have been there the people have been amazing and very helpful, but this woman was incredibly rude and defensive. It's a simple mistake she made one that I'm sure others have made. But instead of honoring the promotion she made me feel like a fool. I did not deserve to be treated the way I was becuase she made a little mistake we are all human and she was not a very pleasant one and made me feel horrible.
