★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier was rude because I user a thermos instead of their open cups for a slushie, no other 7-11 ever complains about it and I use it because I'm on a motorcycle so I cannot use the plastic cups. It's the closest one to my place but I'll be riding to other locations in the future instead of this one. And don't give me any bull about COVID rules, they don't have to touch the thermos at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pump does not have tap payment. Online gas prices are much lower than when you actually get there. No customer washroom. Lack of garbage cans beside fuel pumps. The list can go on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remind them EVERY time I go in "do not grab the drinks I buy by the part I put my mouth on." I've told their manager about her need to retrain her staff on health and safety standards... AND THEY STILL DO IT. Even before covid doing something like this is DISGUSTING. What is so hard about grabbing a drink by the side of the can???
I live across the street and go into 7 eleven EVERY DAY. If there were another convenience store nearby, nobody would go to 7 eleven. Terrible. Just terrible.
