Irina is an incredibly experienced, knowledgeable trainer, but that’s not just it. She is also very empathetic and encouraging—qualities that you want in a trainer, especially if you are just starting out your fitness/strength journey. I strongly recommend Irina, especially so for people who may feel intimidated by the idea of strength training or going to the gym. It’s an intimate, private space so you will never feel judged or discouraged. It has everything you would need and we don’t have a lot of these private gyms in Côte St Luc.
It’s only been a month since I started working with her and not only do I have so much more energy and strength, but I’ve also visibly lost weight. I feel so lucky to have found her.
Trust me, Internet stranger, you are in good hands with Irina!
