★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like all Impark lots, the prices here are predatory and exploitative, and the mechanism by which you pay is often buggy and painfully slow to process your credit cards. I go out of my way at all costs to ever use Impark lots, and when I do, I do so begrudgingly, as there is no upside to parking in an Impark lot, when Park Plus is typically 1/10 the cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serving people of Calgary for long time. New building witj more service counters. Mostly people coming here are not happy to pay for their impounded vehicles and sometimes get abusive witj the staff. Kudos to the staff dealing with and serving customers in a high pressure fast paced environment. City of Calgary raises the rayes for impounded vehicles which makes people unhappy and complaining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lot, and any other Impark lot, are awesome if you're looking for free parking in whatever area you're in.
Never once have I had to pay for parking. However, sometimes they leave a little piece of paper on your windshield when you get back, with what appears to be a recommended donation to their lots. I usually just discard them and go about my life never hearing from them again.
Please note: I don't condone not paying for parking or ignoring the parking 'tickets' they hand out. But since it's illegal for them to pull your personal info from your plate, the worst they can do is tow you from their lot next time you park there if you're a repeat offender. So take that as you will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location of lot 305 is good for the area especially if you’re visiting Centennial place but pricing is predatory as usually with other Impark lots. Early bird is $23 before 8am in this lot but $20 in the Impark lot adjacent to this which doesn’t really make sense but consumers don’t really have much alternatives.
