Been hosting with this company for over 4 years, with shared hosting for many clients, and now using a blistering fast VPS at our school district. Excellent and friendly support any time of day or night with ultra skilled technicians that go the extra mile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their customer service is LEGENDARY. Yesterday I was having problems with my email, and I thought the problem was on their end, turns out it wasn't; but that didn't stop them from spending the ENTIRE day with me going back and forth through emails and phone calls while we tried different things. In the end I had 3 or 4 different system administrators trying to help me figure out the problem , and eventually even their operations manager was ready to get on the phone with me.... Seriously if you want a company that cares about you and your business, this is the company you're looking for(and I'm not even a big client).
