★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loaded with people. Fun concept for kids, lots of outdoors games (ride, mini putt, mining activity with fossils) and you can actually go inside the big apple. Hard not to buy anything or are on a diet ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great apple ciders with a wide variety of flavours. It seems every time I visit, there is something new to try. They also have aged cider, thats more akin to wine then traditional cider and is not carbonated. Also ice cider, which I'm yet to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a variety of flavours: caramel apple, cranberry, apple and mixed berry and they all tasted the same. At that there wasn’t a whole lot of flavour to them. It seems impressive with the variety they have but it’s really only a tourist trap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a fan. Bought a bottle of the Caramel Apple Cider. First, it's a bit confusing to get into. It has a metal wire like it's supposed to be champagne, but then there is a mushroom shaped cork. Which was extremely hard to get off. And there is no way it's going back on...so I now have an open bottle of cider that is going to be flat by morning. The cider itself was pretty basic. It's fermented apples. No caramel flavour. Very unspectacular and sort of sour. Wishing I had gotten the smaller individual bottle rather than the larger one. A waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought this today, not sure if it's a bad batch or not but this is the worst cider I have ever tasted. I am hoping this is just a bad batch and then it doesn't really taste this bad. The cap was loose so I'm assuming it's turned. Pretty disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the Big Apple so I am hate to leave a negative review. The 401 brewery apple cider has the most unusual taste. The two cans we bought and took home tasted chemically. Like the smell of dry cleaner fluid. Could we have received two cans that went bad?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic experience! And you can't miss it, there's a HUGE apple that points the way. Found this place randomly while driving east on the 401 headed to Kingston. Saw the Apple, pulled in to check the place out and was pleasantly surprised. Wide selection of ciders, all local of course. The flavors are incredible, the prices are great, and they have deals on flagons! The service was great, she was super helpful. Grabbed a few 6-packs and enjoyed them on the deck on a sunny day by the water. Ice cold, they go down wwaaayyyy too easy. And not super sweet like some ciders. Grab a few, they tend to disappear quickly! If your passing by or anywhere in the area, make this a must-stop!
