★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really fun and well instructed. Really solid and fun workout. The masters there are chill and nice guys. The lessons can be a bit challenging but it’s not a good training without pushing some limits. Also I had so much energy after training it was the most energy I’ve had in forever 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter loves attending classes. She's still new but looks forward to going every class. The gym is very clean and well maintained. Kids learn discipline and respect. Staffs are very passionate and accommodating. ? When they had a special for adults, I had to enrolled myself. Love every moment.

I enjoyed watching his sessions so much that I joined myself. Master Bhat and Master Phan have created a very welcoming environment no matter what your skill level is. They are encouraging and push you to be your best.
