I told them that I was there to pick up a jacket that my wife dropped off. They acted as if they had never heard of such a request before. This charade continued up to the point where I was frustrated with them. Instead of being friendly and working through the miscommunication, they tried to make me feel like I was an inconvenience, and that what I was asking for was outrageous. I offered some advice: maybe try a claim ticketing system (similar to a dry cleaner) where they could match up the number on the ticket to the item. This was met with some ignorant comment that I couldn't quite hear. Realistically, I was a customer who walked into your business, and walked out frustrated and insulted by your behaviour. Understand also that there was no confrontation, between me & the employees in the store; however, my feeling was that they were looking for confrontation. If you guys expect to make it & continue being in business, you're going to have to realize that producing a good product is not enough, you also need to have good customer service skills.

Working with Tracy and Michelle was absolutely a blast from the initial, mock-up to what we were looking to do, to the final product, Tracy and Michelle did a fantastic job! The stitching was absolutely phenomenal and customer service was head and shoulders over competitors in the city, and it’s always great supporting local businesses! 20/5 stars, I would recommend this place to any other business looking to have custom embroidery done! Will use these guys again soon!
