I got a few replies saying that Devin would get in touch to schedule a quote. Never heard from him, not once after about 10 different tries to reach him. I’m shocked after reading all the good reviews. After 6 weeks of trying to hire them, I gave up. I called a local Penticton mover, they responded immediately, gave a quote over the phone, came out within a week to confirm the price. Two totally different approaches to customers. Awful customer service.

They are not only dependable, hardworking and customer oriented but also the nicest people you can ever hope to meet. I have recommended them to each of my clients and the results are always the same. I highly recommend 3D Moving for every long or short move...you will not be disappointed.

I've moved all over this country and the service from 3D was by far the best I have ever received. Don't even contact another company. Don't waste your time. Hire 3D and avoid all the headaches.

They communicate clearly and fully, they make every effort to accommodate your schedule, they protect the safety of their workforce and the condition of your belongings. Their rates are very competitive. I highly recommend. If ever needed again, I will only use 3-D.

Making sure I stayed stressed free while they did all the work arranging furniture and boxes exactly where I wanted them too, and not leaving until I was fully satisfied with the move. Because of Covid 19, the crew came prepared with gloves and making sure we stayed several feet/meters apart while bringing in my things...their consideration, kindness, and experience is what this company offers - it is the best in customer service I have seen in a long time.

We were referred to Devin and Kim (3D Moving) by a friend and we are so glad we called them. Devins friendly demeanour and desire to provide an excellent customer experience, was evident from the beginning. He checked in with us several times and made sure all our questions were answered. His staff were equally friendly and customer service oriented. Everything was protected and moved with care Thank you Devin and crew for a job well done They may not get back to you right away on the first call as they are highly sot after, but hang in there, they will get back to you and it will be well worth it.
