★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid purchasing from Condos managed by Taggart. They will avoid helping out the tenants in anyway to get out of costing them any money. I've moved in for little less then a year and had 2 issues which they would either not help with, or if they do, expect to be paying an arm and a leg for it.
For any current tenants, make sure to contact TARION before the condo management for any repairs or questions (Taggart will NOT remind you to contact TARION, and will instead send in their own people to charge you at astronomical costs)
AVOID AT ALL COST, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
