★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in this apartment as a lease takeover for 5 months over the summer. The building itself is decent, my one bedroom was a fair size and the lobbies were always kept in relatively good condition. There are 2 elevators, one of which was out of service for 3 of the 5 months I lived here, but did eventually get fixed. I had few issues with the apartment itself, not a lot of noise heard from neighbours, and the staff on site were, for the most part, great. My issue, however, lies with the management company itself. I received an eviction notice AFTER rent money had come out of my account and had to call and email the coordinator several times before the issue was resolved and they "found" my "missing" cheques that they had already cashed. Throughout my stay, rent always came out sporadically, rarely on the 1st of the month. Overall, the people you see/deal with on a daily/weekly basis are usually pretty good, but the administrative/management side is completely unorganized.
