However, the kitchen had a stove that looked like it was from the 80's with cupboards and counter tops to match. I felt I wasted my time coming here since I wouldn't have if the pictures accurately reflected the units they were showing.

M	Michael Persaud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place and amazing location. 2 minute walk from Preston. You are also very close to Dows lake and many parks for running, dogs and if you have kids. but ceilings are made of cardboard. Hopefully you don’t have noise upstairs neighbors.

Paint is very poorly applied, there were all sorts of hairs and flies stuck on the paint in the washroom. Also good luck getting the management team to do anything for you in a timely matter. Whether it was getting a parking spot or simply requesting a new light bulb in the storage locker, it usually takes weeks and several reminders to management to get anything accomplished. I would be content with the place if I wasn't paying an outrageous price, but for the price of the apartments you would absolutely expect much much more.

I had bugs for 2 months where I couldn't live in my apartment because they made my cat sick, never got any compensation and they never actually solved the problem. Eventually I had to solve the problem myself. Sometimes your mail gets stolen. Supers aren't very responsive to texts or calls. Incredibly hot in the summer and you have to get a standing air conditioner which is more expensive. Very small apartment with outdated appliances that barely work. You don't always get hot water in your unit.

Then the new sleazy company moved in and put a new coat of paint over all the old utilities, changing very little and turned it into a middle class slum. They tried to buy me out of there as one of the old tenants I do not recommend living here under the current administration.
