★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply fresh. Shopping here is a very unique experience due to the unbelievably welcoming and friendly service. The employees are chill and are there to help, though don't hunt you and pressure you to buy anything. The interior itself is very homey and relaxed, all the clothes are always laid out nice. Lastly, the clothes themselves are probably the comfiest, highest quality, apparel that suits everyday wear as well as for athletic uses. A clothing store that got it right, I hope they keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place!! Always friendly and helpful!They provided clothing for the Martin Baseball Academy. My son went through the program grade 9-12! Still has every piece of clothing and in great shape from being washed on a daily basis!!

I placed an order online around noon March 6 and by 9 pm (same day) they had lowered the prices online and I could have saved almost $50 if they would have honored the price difference. May not seem like a lot but for a single parent it's $50 I could have spent on yet another purchase there. I didn't even ask for cash back I asked for a store credit and they said no. Considering the amount I spend there in a year, you'd think they would have better customer service. I've had nothing but good customer service up until now. Very disappointing and really makes me wonder why I support a business who only cares about money and not customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. I went to pick up an online order and to make another purchase. I was all ready with my confirmation number, but they simply asked my first and last name. When I added product at the till, they didn't need to ask my name again to register with my rewards account. Service was awesome and seamless - product, as usual, the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was our third visit within a couple months at 22Fresh and I have say how stellar their customer service is. Each visit we had questions and required help figuring out sizes. The staff consistently went over and above to ensure we got what we needed. Just a well run place. Friendly staff is icing on the cake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last weekend my sons and I had a great experience shopping at the 22 fresh store in Regina for the first time. My young sons loved the atmosphere of the store and trying on the clothes. The music was so fun and they were laughing and dancing. Today they got to wear their brand new outfits that we bought to school and we will definitely be back in the future to make more purchases.
As a mom I think that this brand is such a great fit for my sons because the quality of clothing and the versatility is unmatched. I immediately tuned in to how connected the boys felt to the clothing.
The customer service was excellent - our sales people were very attentive and we will most definitely be back to shop again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids got two t-shirts from a family member for Christmas I wanted to exchange. Even though I would have spent more money to get two newer shirts or even hoodies, they would not. I find this unfortunate, especially since they were gifts. Not a happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can confirm that the return policy is poor. Website recommended sizing up, so I did. The two items I bought were way too big. They wouldn’t return, exchange or give store credit. So even though the quality is good, I will likely not order again because of the return policy
