L	LInda Millard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here for over four years. Yes there are occasional issues but usually rectified quickly. I like that when there are maintenance issues it is resolved quickly. Current manager is easy to work with.
C	Chase mellot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time with Laebon, the apartments are super low grade built, and the management is rude disrespectful and very deceiving, I had dealings with Katie Lafontaine and was treated like a low life , sad for Laebon company, having people like that represent the company, or is that the level of service you should expect from them!! very poor!
I	Isabelle Hammer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 3 days visiting in Red Deer. This apartment was simply fantastic. It was clean, comfortable and was supplied with all we needed. Quiet building and area near restaurants and grocery stores. Will return.

B	Bear Pod on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is new. Has nice in-suite laundry but poorly built as most new buildings are these days. Mark is a really really good building manager which is hard to find these days. Pet friendly which is nice to have too. Never heard ppls pets so at least owners are responsible. The most paper thin walls I've ever experienced actually. I've lived in other wood framed buildings but this building is the worst for noise. Quality of materials is bad though. Just be very careful cause walls and paint are not good. I'm not sure why. Kinda pricey but if you want all new-ish everything this is the place to be in town. I already moved outta here but thought I'd share. Most ppl in the building were quiet/respectful but some weren't unfortunately. Expect to hear your neighbours conversations and tv (and w/e else). Gym is really nice to have though to save on expensive memberships. Maybe look at other apartments in South and east areas before this unless you want all new stuff. Unfortunately I wouldn't even recommend this place.
