★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled on me at 10pm, the day before the move. I was horrified. They didn’t even seem to care. Do not use unless you want to end up moving yourself. I’ve never written a bad google review before, but this company is just bad. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved from Surrey to North Vancouver in June 2021. The '2 Guys' were super helpful, taking multiple trips to make sure we all our things delivered in one day (and one piece). Plus, providing extra boxes, packing supplies, etc. It's a simple service but 2 guys does the job. Will recommend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had them booked for a move and at 10 pm on the day before the move I was informed “ heads up my driver has canceled”. After much shock and horror a guy called Everest final got back to me around 11:30 pm of the move the next morning saying I found a driver and he is very reliable. So of course I was now doubtful and at 7:00 I called Everest to confirm it was all good for 10:00 move. NO Answer. I called and texted multiple times. No response. I then realized very dubious company and went and got a U-Haul.
I half expected them to show up. After fully packing the U-Haul with my family I got a text that said “ Hey Driver had some issues. Did you cancel it“ before you use these guys consider doing it yourself. That way it will happen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked 2 Guys with a Truck to do an estate move from Richmond to West Vancouver on June 28, 2021. They sub-contracted the job without letting me know. The subcontractor, 'Mike' from 'Friendly Movers', damaged five items of furniture and has no insurance and will not pay or accept responsibility. 2 Guys with a Truck won't pay me $250 for restitution. Mike returned the tip plus an extra $22.50.
UPDATE: It's great to have an apology and acknowledgement but I would appreciate a partial refund for the damage caused and removal of the items that are damaged beyond repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From first glance, the past reviews sure had me skeptical. I can say with confidence the leadership has changed since then and their new team did a fantastic job with my move. They arrived on time, regular updates from their supervisor Dylan and when the job was done they even called me to clarify how I liked the service. Without these guys my move would have been stressful, they took the stress off my shoulders. Thanks 2 Guys With a Truck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good decision to to with this company for my move. They even help with small moves which is very rare to find. Dylan was super helpful from moving the boxes to handling them with care.
10/10 on customer service.
Moving is not fun but it can surely be less stressful with the help of 2 Guys with a Truck.
