★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need a membership to access the facilities. Its reasonably priced and you get a good return for what you pay.
COVID protocols mean there is a a block timing schedule. Which means you have to call in and book your workout. They dont have a online booking tool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been on Canada’s Invictus Team since 2019 training for the Netherlands 2022. I went to go train the other day and was not allowed in without a vaccine passport! This makes me angry and sad. Working out manages my PTSD, what has Canada become. After the military poisoned me with mefloquine in Afghanistan burning my brainstem I’m not going to subject myself to an experimental gene therapy shot that may kill me or have some unknown reaction. Shame on you CFB Comox!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little gym at 19 wing. 2 squat racks, deadlift area, plenty of machines for circuit training. There are certain times for military and non military buy the gym is rarely packed and has everything you need.
