★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 3 doors to go from the main floor to exit to jasper ave are always randomly locked, I've been attacked by a crow that got inside the buildings staircase and there's been a guy shooting heroin inside the walkway to the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At night, boys with fancy cars like to congregate on the top layer to do donuts and fully rev their engines with the parking break on. It ruins the ashpalt and then the parkade has to partially shut down to do repairs. Security is not 24/7

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Start unlocking all the exit doors in the stairwell. I'm tired of having to guess which one of the three doors you choose to unlock everyday! If you have cameras set up to watch people smack into the door that was unlocked the previous day someone must be having a great time looking at the action every morning.
