★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is a disaster waiting to happen or should I say the disaster has already happened. The landlord does not take care of the units. If there's anything to repair, well then good for you if you get it done right away. When a tenant moves out they do not repair what needs to be repaired in the unit. The tenant moves in then you see the disaster. The area is not a good area if you have a vehicle. There are vandalism, ripping your car apart inside and you're constantly worried when you get to your vehicle in the morning, there will be a another disaster. I don't need to say anything more than what I already have indicated. You can decide for yourself.
