Me and my friend s at the time we were the only one there whit papers everyone else have no working papers or proper documentation to work in Canada I really hope immigration audit that company cus we pay taxes and we work legally no like the people working there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not planning to share my unpleasant experience to the public that it was a nightmare working with Zucco, all the words cannot express these process and may be catergoized as "contractors are like that", "it is normal". I just want to let people who are trying to build new houses to know some of my personal insights.
This is the worst company for pouring my new-built house's foundation.
-They are fast putting the footings then delayed jobs for close to 2 months for the concrete (ok, has to be understood because they are busy??)
-Unprofessional because they pour my driveway entrance too high, additionally the concrete is cracking and forgot to open a window. Anyway, this can be all "normal" in the construction process. After the job is done and I inform them that these need to be fixed, they never fix it.
By the way, the demolition price is really high, I heard rumors (not verified) sometimes, they just use other demolition companies and make some difference on top.
I advise if you are looking for demolition and concrete, you can compare a lot of companies that do much more experienced jobs and fix the problems they made, of course hopefully there won't be problems.
This is what I experienced, maybe other people have a happy experience with them. But for me, and my other contractors, concluded that we never want to hire/work with them again.
