โ โ โ โ โ Balls and lanes were kept very clean. Staff had no issue fixing problems that came up in our lane.
Monday to Thursday is $2 games with the promotion going on.
It's nice to have Bubble Tea and a restaurant in the bowling facility.

โ โ โ โ โ Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Zone Bowling. We were hoping to go ten-pin bowling, but as there was a 20 minute wait for lane opted for the five-pin option instead. The whole area is well set up with COVID-19 precautions in place, most notable every other lane in use and plastic screens between bowling parties. Will definitely return.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice, clean environment with super friendly, helpful staff! We went on a Saturday night and had a great time bowling! A couple of tips; if youโre going on a busy night take advantage of 5 pin bowling with bumpers for the kiddies. Most folks are there for ten pin which makes the line up seem exhausting, so ask the clerk at the front if thereโs a wait period for five pin. Monitored hours are indicated on the screens overhead so you donโt need to keep track yourself. Reasonable prices, reasonable foot wear, food located inside with a couple of options. Nice experience overall!

โ โ โ โ โ Could be better, its in an ideal location and has the ability to be a really great attraction. Has both 5 and 10 pin bowling, nice couches/tables, semi private seating areas, and cool cosmic, glow Bowling at night.
Unfortunately, the customer service is not the greatest, they do not answer phone calls or reply to messages. Both my partner and I tried calling all week to inquire about reservations/pricing for a larger group. No one answered or returned our calls.
There are a few restraunts attached to the Bowling Alley but many were closed on the weekend. Would be cool if the Alley had a concession (popcorn, drinks, chips, snacks).
Two of the arcade games we tried were not working properly, and one of the kiddie rides didn't work at all after putting our money in.
Overall this place has potential, provide better customer service, maintain the arcade area, keep the washrooms cleaner.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff was good at explaining stuff. But the bowling area was not my favorite. It was the first bowling place I went to where they don't clean up the balls, tables, benches, or the lanes before they bring new customers in. Our waiting time was shorter than they told us, which was 45min.
We were 4 people and had to share the bench area with a group of 6 people who were part of the big group which were partying in the next lanes. These people left food, drinks and even a wallet on our side of the table... There was no space in the ball returning space for us to put new balls. So we shared very waxy balls with those strangers. They were standing in the middle of the 2 lanes and our space felt small. The roof was high and it felt like all sound was traveling for good.
As soon as we were given the lane and I quickly saw all of that, I asked the people at the front desk if they could move us to one of the other lanes where they haven't brought in customers yet. But they said those lanes were already assigned for other people and wasn't interested in accommodating in any ways.
This place may be good for teenagers to hang out at or a big group to have a party at, but not the best place for 2 couples to hang out at. I should have done research before I went in.

โ โ โ โ โ Awful experience! My group started a game and my other friends wanted to start their own game aswell. The employees made them pay full price and then didn't open the lane. My friends waited 20 minutes and nothing happened. We went up to talk to them and they said they charged us for the preexisting game. My friends paid for an hour here and didn't get to play.
Please fix and get efficient workers.
AND they started playing explicit songs with naked men!!

โ โ โ โ โ Worst place for bowling. The person helping us at the front named CHASE was very rude. He was banging the card machine, ignoring us, rolling his eyes when we asked for two games. This is not the first time itโs happening to our group we come here every week but looks like these guys work here just to play for free after 11 the whole staff goes to the lanes and they play there games, leaving the front desk un attended. They have no sense of customer service. I donโt recommend people to come and bowl here, I would recommend revs bowling or lucky 9 lanes the staff is super friendly and they make the place worthwhile.
