D	David Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The concierges at this building is unprofessional and extremely rude. Stay far away. If you're not 50+, they will blatantly give you a hard time over just about everything. I pay 3000$ a month at this building and this type of stuff should not happen.

Although the location is super, the suite I owned had much to desire. I had many problems with the way my suite was finished, including the need to replace a large section of the flooring. This was because the floor was breaking down after only a couple of months of use. My worry was what problems will I encounter once the suite ages. The suite was poorly painted. It appeared to me the paint used was watered down to cut down on costs. The security in the building could be improved. The buildings appearance is quite lovely and like I said the location is five stars. Unfortunately my suite was very poorly put together, and along with other problems I can only give Zigg Condo’s a one star rating.
