Great service and guys!

Didn't help me at all couldn't do what I wanted

If I could give Ziegler Electric 0 stars I would. I do NOT recommend using this buisness for residential work. We used Zieler to pigtail all of our wires, change from a fuse box to breaker box and put in a couple receptacles into our new kitchen. First problem, when they dug up our front yard to bring in a new electrical line they didnt fully refill the huge hole. (How hard is it to refill it with the same dirt you dug out?) I emailed them and the response I got was, "we are not a landscaping company" RUDE! The next day after I sternly had to email them again, they did fill the hole. Second problem, when the service guy came out he without my consent started putting in more outlets then I asked for. I wanted 2 moved and 1 installed. Instead he moved 2 and installed 5. When he came to install the outlets he was really rammy, running into EVERYTHING! Even though I had asked him to be a little more careful because it is a brand new kitchen, it had literally just been installed days before. Remember the whole kitchen is brand new. He damaged the kitchen corner drawer, which I now have to get a whole new one made and scratched up my beautiful marble countertop, and I cant remove them. Ontop of that, since we just moved in we also bought a new washer and dryer. He scratched up the dryer, by literally yanking it out of its place, and his tool belt rubbing over it. When he yanked it out he even pulled off the metal dryer vent. Along with all of that the service guy didnt even crack a smile, not once out of the 6 times he was here. I helped him multiply times to carry out his tools and ladder back to his van. Not even a thank you. At this point I can say that they have NOT responded to my email about any of the damages caused by their employee. But sent me a huge bill in the mail for what they did. I do NOT EVER recommend using them. Super rude and unprofessional buisness.
