We had been battling with elimination diets, sleepless nights, and multiple medical doctor visits since he was a month old. After his assessment and sensitivity test my baby was completely clear in 3 weeks and has been since. Thank you!

Baby Trinity always goes to Dr. Makoto for her routine well visits, to ensure she is hitting all of her milestones and is up-to-date with her growth and development. Zentai Wellness also offers food allergy testing for babies. This is an extra service paid at your own expense. We are thrilled to have found naturopathic pediatric care at Zentai Wellness and are fortunate to have the benefits to attend these services. It's always a good time at Zentai Wellness and most of all, we love office manager Karmela! Karmela is a professional, organized and genuine soul. She goes above and beyond to ensure Dr. Mokoto's patients are looked after and courteously offers water or tea at the beginning of every single visit. We strategically schedule our visits whenever Karmela is working because baby Trinity likes her a lot and baby Trinity doesn't like everybody... sorry. The office is immaculately clean and smells good, if you have OCD, no problem! They also have a great selection of various products. I personally love the soaps and lip balm, just take my money! I have had extensive experience with naturopathic care and can say that Dr Makoto Trotter is an excellent, personable naturopath. The clinic environment is clean and peaceful (zen!). Enjoy tea while you are waiting. I have received comprehensive care from Dr Trotter that led to a complete cure of my eczema and helped me with many other health concerns and complaints. The receptionists are very efficient, friendly, and helpful. I heartily endorse this clinic, the staff, and Dr Trotter, of course.

He always listens to questions and concerns, follows up he next time you see him so you really feel like you were heard. I was suffering with a severe eczema attack and suffer from seasonal allergies. He was able to address my issues understanding that sometimes we need to combine Western and alternative methods of treatment. I highly recommend you visit his clinic. Everyone is welcoming and always helpful.

Her attitude and tone of voice completely turned me off from wanting to book with this clinic. My partner who was beside me when I called is shocked as well. People shouldn't have to deal with that when calling about their skin concerns.
