★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Virtuoso Energy completed an installation on our home.
The salesperson, Eric walked us through the process and continued
supporting throughout the installation making the process very easy.
Tanner, the project manager and installation crew lead by Richard were fast, efficient, courteous, and the work was executed to the highest quality. We are super pleased with the system, great decision to proceed with Virtuoso. I highly recommend Virtuoso if you're thinking of solar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Virtuoso/Zeno (name change on day of completion) install team lead by Ethan was courteous, hard working and very clean. They didn't leave any packaging, discarded screws or anything anywhere like most contractors do. The install passed inspection with ease from the City of Calgary electrical inspector, Enmax, and my Red Seal certified industrial electrician brother-in-law. On day 1 of energizing the system we produced more power than we used! Can't believe we waited so long to do this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Virtuoso Energy did an excellent job in installing a 5.76kW array on my roof. I found them on google and right from the start their responsiveness was head and shoulders above competition. Nate did a great job and answered all of my questions - made a reasonable quote and explained things in sufficient detail.
Despite freezing cold temperatures in December, the installers worked hard to get the installation done. Tanner was helpful in answering questions. After the installation, Nate explained operation and maintenance.
I was pleased with how the entire thing turned out - I'll highly recommend them to anyone looking for solar array - Good job guys !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looked at a few companies and decided on Virtuoso for my solar panels. Price was good, salesperson (Nate) was friendly and responsive. Once the deal closed, I had a PM (Tanner) to deal with, who was very professional and responsive - all I had to do was confirm dates with him, and he took care of the rest.
The lead installer Chad was incredible - friendly, respectful, and did a great, clean job of my electrical panel. System is working great, and I highly recommend Virtuoso to anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the very beginning, Virtuoso has been very professional. The Virtuoso presentation was very informative. James showed us everything that one needs to know about solar and we never felt rushed to end the meeting even though the meeting was done during the evening. Our project manager, Tanner, was very helpful and great at keeping us informed of the timelines for the project. The master electrician, Blair, and his team were very professional and more than helpful in answering any questions we had. You can tell that this company treats their employees with respect. At no stage in this whole process did anyone seem like they were rushing to get things done. I highly recommend Virtuoso for all solar needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first got a solar evaluation from Virtuoso Energy back in March 2021, and I was surprised at how much more affordable solar is compared to the previous time I got an evaluation from another company in 2017. It took a while for me to get my finances ready (long story, I had to sell a headache rental property as I couldn’t get approved for financing as my income on paper is too low lol) and I decided to pull the trigger. Fast forward to yesterday, my install was completed! Everyone from the sales team especially James, to our project manager Tanner, and to the install teams that went to our house Marcus, Colin, Dustin, Ethan, and Cole, I couldn’t say enough nice things. They were extremely professional, and they left the job site clean. The quality of the work is top-notch and it looks extremely sleek and clean! I am now looking forward to the official commissioning and being able to save pretty much my whole electric bill! Two thumbs up!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to the amazing team at Virtuoso Energy who installed our solar array. A friend recommended this company and we found them fantastic to deal with. Eric in sales was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and responsive in answering our questions. Tanner and the installation team were professional and efficient despite the frigid temperatures at the beginning of the year. We did not have the easiest roof layout to work with but they did a great job and we're very happy with the quality of their work. We highly recommend Virtuoso!
