I saw Cole for acupuncture and I definitely recommend seeing him. I am very interested in how TCM works and I ask him a lot of questions. Cole explains things for me well, and his treatments have been helping with my pain. It seems like he loves helping people. I will definitely be booking with him again!

I went to ZenActive to address my ongoing back pain and I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a massage that was as effective as the one I received by seeing Kiera B. She is absolutely incredible. Super professional, caring and amazing at what she does. I have been raving about Kiera to everyone that would listen. I 10/10 recommend seeing her if you are looking for back pain relief. She is magic!

This clinic would've been such a great location for me and my husband. Unfortunately, they don't abide by the current restrictions and there is a lack of professionalism 1. On Google, it says "Masks are required" and there was a sign posted on their door. But when me and my husband got there, the two people that worked there walked around without a mask and a couple of clients in the waiting room were also not wearing masks. When I was waiting in the reception area, I was noticing everyone that came in and out of the room had no mask. Especially the this asian lady that worked there. She even went to the bathroom (which was outside the unit) and didn't bother to put one on. 2. When it came time for payment, the masseuse asked if we had insurance and she submitted it under Canada Life but said it got rejected so we just paid by credit card and asked for a receipt so we can submit it ourself. When we contacted Canada Life, they said that the claim went through and the funds went to the service provider. It could've been a fault on the insurance side but I feel like she made us do so much work going back and forth, when she could've just called the insurance herself to confirm. 3. I understand that they have a 24 hour cancellation policy, but when I had covid symptoms and was waiting for the test results, I asked if I can cancel the appointment, which was the next day) but they charged me 80% of the total massage fee. I COULD'VE EASILY CAME IN WITH SYMPTOMS AND POSSIBLY TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID AND INFECT THE MASSEUSE. All other businesses would've just rescheduled or I wouldn't mind a smaller % cancellation fee. The massage service was good! My husband and I would've wanted to keep going here but their policies just don't make sense.

I have been going to Zenactive for almost a year now. I always feel great when I get out of there. Aliyah is great. I have gotten lots of massages nobody’s come close to Aliyah’s. They are very welcoming and the clinic is spotless clean. I highly recommend Aliyah @ Zenactive.

I have been seeing Maki for a few months I can honestly say my life is so much better than it ever has. She has helped me overcome anxiety depression and much more. I no longer have chronic pain or insomnia All the staff at ZenActive r welcoming warm and friendly. I look forward to my visits.
