4 months ago...Excellent work fixing my old leather jacket. Very fast, even when I said no rush at all, she had it done in few days. Recommended for great and fast service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, 17th March 2022, at 1 p.m. I took 9 items of clothing to Zebby's in Abbotsford to be altered. There was one woman in the shop sitting at a sewing machine near the entrance. She continued to sew while i was explaining what I needed done. I asked her if I could please have some attention, which she begrudgingly gave me. She had a disinterested and condescending attitude, even though I was a paying customer. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever! Based on this I was not confident they would do a good job, so I gathered my clothes up and took them to Courtesy Cleaners, also in Abbotsford, where a very nice lady greeted me and gave me the best customer service. I suggest you avoid Zebby's!

Was given a price range for how much the service would cost and it ended up being at the top of her quote, for very minimal work especially in comparison to what other alteration places had offered me. Also accepted a cash only payment, which I was told only once item was ready for pickup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this shop has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve used her services multiple times and have been disappointed with her work as well as her communication each and every time. She has overcharged me, taken my order and then not complete the work and then ask for more money for the job I already paid for. Definitely do not recommend going here unless you want to be gaslight, degraded and overcharged. Would give her zero stars if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best tailor I have ever visited!! Dropped my riding vest off, for a new zipper and snap, Monday afternoon and they called Tuesday morning with the work complete! And the best part is they did an amazing job, it was cheap and fast!! I will need back to have anything fixed or altered!! Thank you very much!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! I needed a suit tailored with short notice, and my first choice of tailor wouldn't be able to get it done in time. Not only was the job done perfectly, but they got it done a day before I needed it despite the short notice.
Friendly service, a quality job, at a reasonable price. Definitely will go again
