contacted him and he gave us a quote that we found very reasonable. He installed them in the original frames and we are very happy with the product and the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamie replaced a cracked window pane for us. I have only great things to say about him and his service. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He was upfront about how long it would take and kept me up-to-date with the delivery date, etc. His is a family business and I could really tell that his workmanship and customer service was very important to him. You don't get that too often anymore, from many companies. I highly recommend him and will call on him again for any window services I may need in the future.

When my master bedroom's vertically-sliding window failed it was difficult for my strata council to find a company that could tackle the problem. Jamie from Zago Glass was able to figure out a solution to replace the window's sash balances and get my window working again. I was impressed by his patience and problem-solving.

Called around for quotes and not only did Jamie beat every quote I got but he came to my place and did the work at the house. He had the new glass in out and done and actually seemed to have fun doing it. Great sense of humor and pure pro. Highly recommended!

The care and attention to detail made the experience easy for us. The old mirror came out and new one went in with ease. The years of experience really matters when handling large pieces of glass.
