Peter Tarrant (Applications Engineer) has been helping my team for many months now (since March 2021), and he has gone above and beyond to help me out, responding to all my inquiries, answering any and all questions I have very thoroughly, and even willing to get on a call when necessary. He's both very knowledgeable and attentive, with his commitment to following through with answering my questions shown when he reaches out to other departments at Zaber to find the answer and get back to me. When lengthy explanations are needed (pretty much every email), he provides detailed guidance and educates me not only on their products but also on how to interface with their products, namely how to use their Python API and their software, Zaber Launcher. He says he's not a programmer, but he really goes the extra mile to reach out to his software team to ensure he gets to answer my programming questions accurately. Peter definitely has the customer's best interests in mind. Additionally, Zaber has great motor selections for a variety of needs. Their software (Zaber Launcher) is really easy and fun to use, and they have a great API for controlling the motors that is very intuitive and available in several programming languages (Python, MATLAB, C++, etc.). Lastly, they are always aware of growing customer needs, as they are always improving their software (Zaber Launcher) and their API's. The combination of excellent customer support and easy-to-use software will definitely have me going back to Zaber in the future.

Joel and the application support team are prompt, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. They know their products, and the equipment is high quality. The support documentation that they provide for their supported APIs are well written and organized in a clean manor--which anyone who has worked with electronics integration at any level will certainly appreciate. Zaber has quickly become a go-to for my automation projects, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to make their integration job easier.
