Smash Therapy is the place to go when you want to let loose and break some stuff. Maybe that unbearable person in your life is even worse than usual lately. Maybe your beautiful children are driving you up the wall despite your very best attempts to stay patient and kind! Or maybe you just got dumped. Come smash some of that tension away in a private room while listening to some tunes and getting a little sweat on. (Age 13 and up welcome, full adult accompaniment required for those under 16.)
All of life’s frustrations aside…Smash Therapy is a hell of a good time! We are also thrilled to be offering this new venue for small groups celebrating special occasions including birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, office parties and date nights. We clean up the mess while you cool down and rehydrate in the lounge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried it out together and loved it. The owner was very kind, answered all of our questions and showed us around. We paid for the extended tantrum for 2 and had a lot of fun. I recommend stretching first, fiancé hurt his back; he was having so much fun. We were even thinking about paying for more items we were so excited. The water was a godsend, you don't realize how much you're sweating until it's over. The lounge helped to relax before leaving, the couches were very comfortable, and the Netflix was a plus. :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is seriously the coolest experience and 100% worth it. The owner and staff are so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I sat in their lounge area while my husband and daughter went at it and I felt right at home. If you’re thinking about going just DO it. You won’t regret it ?

But seriously, good service, there are add-ons you can do while there if you want. If you're in there alone with a single swinger session they'll let you put your music on the AUX which is awesome.
Depending on why you're there you might need a good cry after the adrenaline and stuff, so keep that in mind.
Will come to smash more stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much fun! And you can bring your own stuff to smash. We've come a few times and it was very cathartic to smash a keyboard after finishing a really difficult exam. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend!! We had 5 weapons to choose from: bat, golf club, frying pan, crow bar and hammer. We went as a group of 6 and in the room to smash, we had two windshields, printer, shredder, laptop, flatscreen TV, and buckets of breakables like cups, bowls and plates. They give you gloves, goggles and face shields. It was so, SO satisfying!! Just make sure you wear decent shoes because of all the shards and long sleeve shirts and pants. We wore coveralls and they worked great!

This is a lot of fun, and I would recommend it to anyone feeling a little tantrum happy!

We are a bunch of healthcare workers who needed to get some aggression out and boy did we ever! I cannot say enough great things about this business. If you have any extra electronics or glassware‘s to donate, donate here! They will definitely get my business going forward! 12/10 in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on our wedding anniversary. It was something we have wanted to try for a while. We had a blast and our arms were a but numb from the vibrations and sore after, but we would definitely go again!
Smashing the printer was also really fun as an add on because there were so many parts and it was surprisingly dense.
Highly HIGHLY recommend. The staff was amazing and very friendly. She took extra time to chat with us and tell us about her business more and we are now going to be return customers because the experience was that amazing.
I am also super glad that I didn't have to clean anything up. Haha.
