★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yvonne has all the good quality one would ask for a realtor. She is very patient, focus on details, and response to demand ASAP. One thing we like the most of her is that She actually “ listen” to what kind of house we want and what was the budget, and try her best to find as much listings as she can in the budget. She is not the realtor who try to find higher price house in order to make more commission. She takes care of the house even at the possession date to make sure everything works good! Overall very good service, nice and smooth experience! Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a first-time home seller, I knew nothing and was worried about everything. Yvonne, however, was not only professional but also very understanding, answering all my questions and making sure that I am comfortable with all the recommendations she put forward. During our first encounters, she made sure that I understood all the options I had and gave suggestions to how I should fix up my property for higher sale values. The pictures she took were also amazing. On top of that, her response was always timely. I simply cannot imagine having a better experience with an agent. Overall, 10/10 for Yvonne and I would definitely recommend her to my friends or anyone who has a need to buy or sell houses in Saskatoon.
