★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvaise experience a Sherbrooke. Service a la clientèle a revoir...j'ai du payer le même tarif pour les soins alors qu'il y avait des rénovations et beaucoup de bruit. Aucun rabais offert et n'ont pas téléphoné avant pour aviser de la situation. J'y allais souvent auparavant mais dù au mauvais service, je ne crois pas y retourner.
Bad experience in Sherbrooke. Customer service to be reviewed ... I had to pay the same rate for the treatments even though there were renovations and a lot of noise. No discounts offered and have not phoned before to advise of the situation. I went there often before but due to the bad service, I don't think I will go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis allée samedi et j'ai été très déçue du service et c'est pour ça que je mets pas plus que deux étoiles. J'avais mon carton et je pouvais avoir un cadeau de 25.00$ la fille me dit c'est une crème utilisé un tel produit j'ai dit non qu'elle me dit ca donne rien ce carton. Au lieu de me donner un autre produit que si le produit X coûtait 30.00$ bien 30.00 - 25.00 = 5.00. Elle a aimé mieux me dire que mon carton servait à rien. Et aussi c'est des produits qui sont très dispendieux tu as beau avoir 40 ou 50% sur 3 produits ta facture est toujours élevée . J'ai partagé mon opinion merci de me lire

I went Saturday and was very disappointed with the service and that's why I put no more than two stars. I had my box and I could have a gift of 25.00 $ the girl tells me it is a cream used such a product I said no that she tells me it gives nothing this box. Instead of giving me another product than if the product X was $ 30.00 fine 30.00 - 25.00 = 5.00. She liked to tell me that my cardboard was useless. And also it is products that are very expensive you can have 40 or 50% of 3 products your bill is still high. I shared my opinion thank you for reading me
