โ โ โ โ โ A bit of a 'hole in the wall' place in downtown Ponoka, but with lots to offer. We got there pretty close to closing time on Sunday, yet the owners wife welcomed us even though noticeably tired from a long day. We ordered 4 dishes from the menu and all were excellent. The Sweet and Sour Pork could have been nicer with a leaner cut of meat. They were generous in their servings. A little on the pricey side but I think worth it seeing how nice the dishes were. Washrooms were clean. Might go back again today! ? ่ฐข่ฐข ้ฉฌๅ

โ โ โ โ โ The food was good , but the lady serving was so rude I almost walked out ! We had asked if we could substitute some items and she got angry with us , saying she canโt make money if we substitute items . Even after we offered to pay extra .
Then as we were leaving 2 men came in at 7:00 pm . She said they could come in if they donโt stay long !
They close at 8:30 pm !
The employee needs to be replaced before she puts them out of business !!

โ โ โ โ โ It might be a small place to dine, but the food is something to look forward to. The food is always fresh when you order from the menu incase you do not wish to have a buffet. But the main attraction to this place, is there special chicken they cook and just can't get enough of it here. So if you seek a place to come and sit down when it's not too busy, I recommend this place and enjoy the food they cook and bring your friends too for some fun as well ^^

โ โ โ โ โ Everything was horribly overcooked. The deep fried prawns were dark brown. The noodles and vegetables were slimy. The ginger beef was soggy. The only thing that was okay was the sweet and sour pork. When we called to complain the woman said, "Then don't come here anymore". We certainly won't. We recommend China Palace Buffet.

โ โ โ โ โ This is hands down the best Chinese Food in Central Alberta if not all of Alberta. The staff are amazing and always provide great food and service. As we head into this second lock down they need all our support to remain in business. Please try their Take out and help keep them going.

โ โ โ โ โ The meat dishes were excellent. The chow main noodles and meat were a bit slimy. The food was very pricey. We have never paid this much for Chinese food and the portions were smaller than what we are used to.
