★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saffrina is an amazing trainer! She is super knowledgeable and the way she explains things is very straightforward, not to mention her glowing, friendly personality and demeanour. :) I would definitely recommend her whether you have a puppy or a "problem dog"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family had the pleasure of working with Off Track dog training on and off for the last year. Our sessions were private and conducted in or near our home. Saffrina proved to be an incredibly kind and intuitive trainer tapping into our dog struggles immediately. Her gentle, non judgemental manner and excellent skills helped to transform our relationship with our dog and as a result allowed us to make decisions in her best interest.
I would absolutely recommend Off Tracks to help you become the best family for your dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met Saffrina almost two years ago right after I brought home my new puppy. I had spent months preparing, reading, and watching youtube videos and had already signed up dog up for a puppy class through a different school. Upon meeting Saffrina, I immediately quizzed her on modern scientifically proven training methods and dropped names like Karen Pryor, Dr. Sophia Yin, Jean Donaldson, and Dr. Ian Dunbar. I was impressed with her knowledge and signed my dog up for her puppy class in addition to the other class we were in. I am so glad I did because her class knocked the other one out of the water!!! I learned things in that class and received tailored advice I could never have gotten from books, free youtube videos, or larger puppy class. Through her puppy class I had received the skills to better train my dog and she has wonderful manners as a result. A little over a year later, I enlisted the help of Saffrina again to prepare my dog for an important test. I had tried to do all the training myself but realized I needed help. It was amazing the progress Saffrina made in just a few sessions and how easily I was able to carry on from where she left off. I feel so fortunate to have Saffrina in our lives and whole heartedly recommend getting on her waiting list if you are in need of some dog training!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4.5 stars! Saffrina is a wonderful woman and a dog trainer. I hired her to look after my dog and I felt at ease and I believe she treated my dog like her own dog, and even sent me very cute photos regularly to update. It can be very challenging to find a dog sitter you can trust, but with Saffrina I was able to feel 110% comfortable. She even sleeps with the dogs on the bed. She is a woman full of positive energy and love and I definitely can say you can trust her. The only reason why she lost half star is because I needed her help again and she never replied to my numerous phone calls, voice messages, and texts. She replied me after I was being persistent but it shouldn't have been that way. If Saffrina can improve her communication, I definitely would bump up the rating to solid 5 stars :)

She helped us train our new puppy and she has been there to answer all of our questions and help guide us as we learn about how to be good (first time) dog owners. Our dog LOVES Saffrina and is always really happy to see her. And she is really loving and friendly. The best...!

Throughout this time she has also provided trusted advice and assurance with regard to the dogs’ health conditions, increasing age, behaviours, food, the introduction of a new baby, and more.
She has always conducted herself with the utmost honesty, generosity, good will, patience and dignity.
Saffrina has extended herself beyond expectation time-after-time for our family. The quality of the dogs’ lives and our lives is greater because of Saffrina. There is no one that we trust more with our dogs.
