He was a great communicator and negotiated the 3 offers so well I ended up getting 200k over our list price. He was also very receptive to my ideas and if his were different he took the time to explain. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Maico Magadia Team!

From the start, Maico answered my millions of questions, reassured my worries, addressed all of my concerns, explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner, and always provided me with his honest, professional opinion throughout the entire home searching and buying process. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have have worked with Maico for over a year. He was instrumental in selling our condo and helping us to select an overlooked and definitely underpriced gem in the Middle of Mississauga.
One of his best qualities is his patience and letting you pick the right time to sell and buy. He was always happy showing us the new listings. And he made sure we got the best price possible.
On the sell side he got into his work clothes and actually came to our home with buckets and mops to give it that extra cleaning before it got listed. He has an amazing painter that makes your place look like new for very little money. He got an amazing photographer to take amazing photos of our place. And even made a YouTube video.
We got our first offer in the first weekend. And though that fell through he kept our mood up by being empathetic and caring to our needs.
Not sure how he did it but he did some amazing twist and turns and got the first offer to come back and agree to a fair price. This time it went through!
He says he is your realtor for life. We agree and would use him again if ever needed. We wish him well in his business and give him five stars for excellent service.

We couldn't have asked more than the exceptional experience we enjoyed by working with Maico & his team!! They were exceptionally quick to understand our requirements and within a couple of weeks we got the type of property we wanted, within our budget and in the area of our preference.
Maico was always available to answer all our questions (tons of them :)) patiently and politely. He helped us to make the right choices, and was extremely proactive in sharing properties as soon as they got listed, which gave us an edge to move fast.
