★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not what I expected I called & decided to head over 1st time here. I didn't have a very good experience the prices were different than I was told on the phone tsk tsk! That is not fair & when I asked the scale operator he didn't even want to bother fixing my ticket. I had zinc that was not properly graded, I had 43lbs of wire 2 which they bought as #3 wire which I lost about $30 already on these items.im confused I've been doing this for awhile & I even worked at a scrap metal industry myself & I was floored by the way l I lost money. Steel is going for 4 cents a lb that's low. I get it for 9 cents a lb plus electronics 9 cents where I go even cell phones are going for decent rates. Motherboards I can get 1.27lb. Sorry you guys don't know the business very well thank you for opening my eyes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first time I tried this yard so I brought 180 pounds clean solid 6061aliminum (not cast ) today for a test. The guy gave me 40 cents per pound, even lower than stainless steel. What a joke! I asked him several times to confirm. He told me the price is low now. Man, I've been in this market for more than 10 years and I know the ballpark price everyday. It is supposed to be around 58 cents today. What's low is your business practice.
The review from Ashville Inc. below was so true: What a rip-off!

The owner and his staff are all friendly and accommodating I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stoped in the other day with a bunch of scrap wire and run offs that we had accumulated from our jobs. Place was well organized and prices were definitely fair. There were a few vehicles ahead of us when we got their but the staff managed to get us all in and out in a timely manner. We will definitely be comming back in the future.
