K	Kassandra Schifano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely recommend! I had to bring my toddler to have an xray and so many clinics turned me away. But the X-Ray place here was awesome! The entire staff - even the receptionist - took such good care of us. The technician "George" did so well working with my 2.5 year old. It was quick and effortless and I will only go back here for future xrays.

Forgets to call u or calls the wrong number u have asked the staff to remove. Writes u prescriptions Thst are not needed and has the shortest hours in the office I have ever seen

My son has a respiratory infection not Covid which I could provide negative Covid test. But still won’t see my child in person. Dr huang yulan is a coward and should have her license to practice stripped of her! This is why our emergency rooms are flooded with unnecessary people. Because you can’t see regular physicians for an antibiotic because they are afraid to help sick people. You can’t see a doctor when you need one and you are being turned down for medical care when it’s your right in Ontario to access free health care. Disgusting! And reception staff can look at your sick kid and have no compassion!!!!! Dr. Huang is a pathetic person who shouldn’t practice if she is going to discriminate child for having a cough or cold.

I went there, the walk-in clinic front desk lady told me to pay $10 for her to print out my lab report! After she showed her attitude, I agreed to pay, she then said, oh you don’t have to pay, I did not know! What ??? Please train your staff better! And 10 dollars for a piece of paper is absolutely ridiculous!!!
S	Stel T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst walk-in clinic to visit. Not only is the building falling apart (and is practically brand new) the counter staff is quite unfriendly. Worst part about it is if you have anything you need assessed that you do not want a room full of other waiting patients hearing - too bad. You speak to the rude staff through a window with a tiny hole, where your voice bounces off and echoes for everyone to hear - except for the people on the other side of the glass. Ridiculous.

They stop accepting patients more than 2 hours before closing time (with 3 people sitting in the waiting area). The doctor(s) are novices with absolutely no experience in the simplest things (adminstering a subcutaneous injection) and language skills. I wonder how they obtained their license to practice! The front desk receptionist os extremely curt and unhelpful. They are only able to operate because of shortages/lack of other proper medical services in this area. It dismal where this country is going!
T	Tender Temple on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke with my doctor over the phone she told me I could go to any walk in clinic since i have an ear infection and no covid just a congestions, I was dumb enough to tell the very unseasoned secretary that I had a congestion and they refused to see me. I asked if they could confirm witha doctor whether they would see me and they told me no. The other clueless nurse just sat there and then said well you have covid. I said no I don't I have a cold which has caused an ear infection, what terrible service and stupid policies...how else is one going to get checked out. Never coming back to this clinic again, their reviews speak for themselves.

Even though they were extremely busy, they were kind, courteous and caring. Thank you to the staff and doctors, I appreciate you all.
