Best Mom & Baby Yoga in the Tri-cities!! Kasia's classes were the highlight of my week. She is knowledgable, compassionate, and a dream with babies. Kasia truly cares about each and every mom and baby in her class and does her best to facilitate every individuals needs. As someone who works in women's health I can tell you Kasia is highly regarded by her peers and colleagues. More importantly though, she is adored by her clients. You won't regret signing up for a class!!

I attend Kasia's prenatal yoga class and I love it! Kasia's skill provides a challenging, instructive and effective approach that will leave you feeling more knowledgeable, physically ready for the journey of birth and for myself, spiritually and mentally healthier and relaxed. Her calm and kind energy coupled with the well equipped intimate studio allows her to give you the proper individual attention, care and instruction to suit your needs. I am very happy with the results and progress I have made by going to her classes and I had not gone to a proper yoga class before nor had much experience. I have a new found understanding and appreciation for the infinite benefits yoga can provide especially when you have a nurturing environment and yoga instructor. My husband and I also booked a prenatal yoga partner workshop. Kasia's positive and insightful approach helped prepare us for a more successful pregnancy and labour experience. We felt a higher level of awareness. My husband learned a new way to support and encourage me and together we had a lot of fun and we both feel more confidant and encouraged going forward on our pregnancy journey. Yoga with Kasia is highly recommended!

I took prenatal classes with Kasia and really enjoyed them. She's personable and knowledgeable and gives great information on how to deal with different aspects of pregnancy during and after/postpartum. She's more than just a yoga teacher. I think she's truly passionate about what she does and you can see it in her work with moms-to-be. I look forward to taking other classes with her after I give birth. Thank you Kasia!

I love Kasia's prenatal yoga class! She gives us helpful tips about labour and postnatal care. Her class is challenging yet easy on our growing bodies. I'm excited to bring my babe to her baby and me classes :)

I started Prenatal Yoga with Kasia half way through my pregnancy. I was having a lot of back and hip pain and I thought I would try prenatal yoga to help alleviate the discomfort. Kasia was so awesome with giving me extra stretches, etc. She also told the class different poses and techniques to help with labour. Would highly recommend her classes.

I have been attending Kasia’s prenatal yoga class since I started my 2nd trimester and I’m so glad for it. I had been struggling with painful, tight hips and her classes have been wonderful at helping me stretch out those achy areas and have better mobility. Kasia has a wonderful calmness about her and makes you feel relaxed during her class, she is also very knowledgeable about prenatal yoga and ways to help pregnant moms prepare their bodies for the various stages of pregnancy and labour. She is kind and generous with her knowledge about other kinds of support and resources to help pregnant women with the changes their bodies are going through. The small class sizes encourage two-way communication and Kasia is able adjust the poses to help your particular needs. I’m very happy to recommend Yoga with Kasia’s yoga classes.

I started going to Kasia for mom&baby yoga when my baby was only 4 months old. It is such a great way to be playful and bond with your baby while still getting some nice yoga time in. I highly recommend Kasia's mom&baby yoga for anyone thinking about a fun activity to do with your baby. Kasia is very accommodating and wonderful with babies. I really enjoyed the class, and went basically every week! I just wished I had signed up a lot sooner than 4 months!

My doula recommended Kasia's prenatal classes and I'm glad she did. I've been attending remotely for the last two months and have really enjoyed them. I highly recommend doing prenatal yoga. I'm 38 weeks now and still feeling great. Kasia's classes are challenging enough but well suited to a pregnant body. She also incorporates breathing and vocal toning so great skills for labour! Thanks Kasia!
